Terms & Conditions – CLOSR Accelerator Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by CLOSR, operated by JT Sudderth (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, or family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

Entries open upon Sponsor’s announcement and close at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the date specified by Sponsor (“Promotion Close”). No entries will be accepted after 12:00 PM ET. Entries received before the open or after the close will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Follow the entry instructions in Sponsor’s official announcement (e.g., form, comment, email submission). Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive CLOSR Accelerator (90 Days), ARV $7,497, including:

Leads & Assets: 20 inbound leads; contracts, calculators, scripts; 100+ wholesale modules; custom 90-day blueprint.

Access & Coaching (90 Days): assigned Success Manager.

Systems & DFY Infrastructure (90 Days): CRM; dispo team + 1.5M+ buyers; CLOSR-trained GPT; unlimited JV deals during the term.

No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. ]

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on the same calendar day as the Promotion Close and announced that evening (no later than 11:59 PM ET) via the contact information provided at entry and/or Sponsor’s designated channels. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Winner Obligations (Participation Requirement)

Prize access is contingent upon active participation in the CLOSR Accelerator. To remain eligible throughout the 90-day term, the winner must:

Attend at least three (3) of five (5) scheduled weekly calls in any given week; and

Actively engage with provided leads, tools, and resources.
Failure to meet these obligations may result, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in revocation of prize access without substitution or compensation.
Live Call Attendance Requirement
To be eligible to win and claim any giveaway prize, entrants must be present on the official live announcement call scheduled for September 30, 2025, in the evening (exact time to be provided to all participants in advance). Winners will only be selected and confirmed during this live call. Failure to attend the call will result in disqualification, and the prize will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made.

Winner Testimonial Requirement
As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees to provide a short testimonial video (minimum 60 seconds) within 7 days of receiving the prize. This video must include the winner’s name, acknowledgment of receiving the prize, and their experience participating in the giveaway. By submitting the video, the winner grants the organizer full rights to use the testimonial for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across all media channels. Failure to provide the testimonial video within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. No Guarantees / No Refunds / No Cash Value

The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credits, or other goods/services.

No refunds or credits of any kind will be issued.

Sponsor makes no guarantees of results, income, or outcomes. Access is provided as-is.

If eligibility is lost or access is terminated for non-compliance, no replacement prize will be provided.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, city/state, and statements for advertising/publicity in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation or prize acceptance/use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries; technical failures; or circumstances beyond its control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Privacy

Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information as described therein.
